It was very hard to hear that our 11 y.o. dog was in beginning stages of congestive heart failure. Dr. Zamzow was SO patient with me and explained numerous things…numerous times. When he was out of town we had to bring Oscar in b/c he was not eating/drinking. Dr. Roberts took care of Oscar, but also me (his Momma). Hands down…best vets ever!! And on a good note…Oscar is still a sick dog, but he is becoming his “silly” self again.
